**The European Union has recently introduced the new Entry/Exit System (EES), a digital border management system that records the entry and exit of non-EU travelers using biometric data and electronic records. The rollout of this system has resulted in longer-than-usual wait times at some airports and border crossings as travelers complete the new registration requirements. To help reduce delays and streamline the arrival process to attend ICRS 2026, travelers are encouraged to review the EES requirements in advance and, where available, pre-register their information before departure. The EU's Travel to Europe mobile app allows eligible travelers to submit certain passport and travel information ahead of time, helping to make border processing more efficient. Booking is easy and quick on the system. The results shown will be based on distance to the meeting venue. Please note that ICRS does not take responsibility for hotel bookings; the booking contract will be between the participant and the booking agent.

  • Confirm and pay: Enter your personal and payment details to complete your reservation.
  • Cancellation: Please review carefully the booking and cancellation terms of the respective hotel while booking your room.

Individual bookings: For bookings of up to a maximum of five rooms. All payments will be processed securely by BookingMaster. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your accommodation voucher and payment receipt.
